In this wild fermentation workshop Jamie will be doing a live demostration with you on how to make salsa. Everyone will be taking a jar home to ferment. Here you will learn the basics to get started on your journey with your gut health. You will learn gut healthly tips and tricks to keep you strong on your journey. There will be a door prize as well as wine and fermented food for snacks like; sourdough bread, salsa, pickles and more. Throughout the evening the floor will be open to Q&A with Jamie, a Wild Fermentation Revivalist of 10yrs+. Tickets are $35 and this event is NON REFUNDABLE.
