Onyx Coffee Lab is happy to partner and host Equation Coffee for a public coffee talk + cupping. Equation Coffee is a Specialty Coffee importer and exporter company form Colombia. The company works directly with coffee growers and producers in Colombia, Mexico and El Salvador to source high-quality green coffee beans. Additionally, they represnt top-of-the-line coffee farming projects in Colombia and Panama, bringing innovation to unique community-based coffee models. The focus and objective of this event is to teach local coffee professionals about the importance of mitigating climate change and what Equation Coffee is doing to prevent it form happening. Following the presentation, Equation Coffee will be hosting two sessions of public cuppings featuring some of the beautiful coffees they represent. This event is free and open to the public, but is limited in seating. Pre-registration is highly encouraged. Though this event is industry focused, coffee enthusiasts are welcome to attend, listen, and engage.
