HaYa means life. What in life are you wanting to say Yes to? What is holding you back? Join us for this mindful yoga practice dedicated to saying yes to life, Ha Ya!
Ha Ya is a 60 minute practice focused on saying yes to life. We will journal our intentions for our practice and process those thoughts with guided mindful movement and a 10 minute Shavasana. We will utilize tantric poses that activate joy and the Yes in our lives! We will focus on saying yes to pleasure and all the things that please us and bring joy recoginizing that we deserve it. This practice will focus on our Sacaral and Throart Chakras.
Expect Tea. Expect joy to flow.
