Cristin Klonowski with @ckhelenstudio is a two-time brain stroke survivor and nominated by the American Heart Association as a Northeast Ohio "Woman of Impact" because of her passion and drive to make a difference in her community. She is bringing together people from her bourbon network such as Penelope Bourbon and the great team at Royal Docks Foeder House. to sip, sample and enjoy each other's company. She will be raising money for the AHA through your ticket price. The National Brand Ambassador with Penelope bourbon is going to take you through this Kentucky bourbon experience where you will be sampling four bourbons paired with Royal Docks chef Mike Odum's exclusive tasting menu. Course 1: Four Grain Smoked Old Fashioned (2-3 years, 80 proof) & Whipped Burrata cheese, Cherry Gastrique with a Toasted Brioche Course 2: Architect (4-5.5 years, 104 proof) & Polenta Cake, Grilled Mushroom, Thyme Cream Course 3: Barrel Strength (3.5-5yrs, 115.2 proof) & Pork Belly, Maple Glaze, Sweet Potato Puree Course 4: Toasted (4-6 years, 115 proof) & Olive Oil Cake, Spiced Whipped Cream, w/Citrus Reduction *non-refundable, but can be transferred
