Anindita Bhateja, a renowned physician in India, has done about a dozen and half marathons, an infinite number of laps, diving in Australia and Thailand and much more. A sudden spark towards trekking in 2014, brought her to the first encounter with Kilimanjaro through the Machame route in January 2016. She went back to Kilimanjaro in June 2016, reaching the summit via the Rongai route - her first major climb. She ended up starting Afrikan Adventure along with Frank, an experienced tour guide In Arusha, Tanzania.
