Empower Hope Center presents Empower Hope Gala 2023. A signature community event on Derby Day. We are celebrating some pillars in our community who are leading the way and preparing others to follow. Come and celebrate with us in the City of Shively, as we celebrate these powerful leaders with the Hope Award.
