Our goal is to make Tulsa County the healthiest county improving the health and well-being of every Tulsa County resident by working collaboratively as a community. We prioritize our direction based on data from health indicators in the Tulsa County's 2022 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and build action plans for the improvement in three main health areas. They are stress & mental health, chronic disease risk factors & management, and healthy & affordable housing. Join us for this quarterly meeting to further our mission and get involved!
