Interested in public lands? Want to learn more about the local trails in your own backyard? Do you know what a sugar pine looks like? Do you like good beer? Have you ever seen a Tule Elk?
Topa Topa Brewery in Ventura is hosting a special “Public Lands” themed Trivia night, on Monday, March 6th presented by the one and only Bryant the Shrublander!
The event is free, but a recommended donation of $5 - $10 per person goes directly towards supporting two incredible local nonprofit organizations - Runners for Public Lands and Los Padres Forest Watch!
Runners for Public Lands builds inclusive running communities dedicated to protecting the environment by organizing runners - the largest recreation group in the United States for climate action, sustainability practices, the protection of public lands, and equitable access to nature.
Los Padres Forest Watch protects wildlife, wilderness, water, and sustainable access throughout the Los Padres National Forest and the Carrizo Plain National Monument. They achieve this through education, advocacy, and when necessary, legal action for the benefit of our communities, climate, and future generations.
We have great prizes thanks to the support of amazing local brands including Topa Topa, Patagonia, rabbit, and more! Bring a Team or Join a Table!
