THEME: Unofficially Unofficial *YOU MUST RSVP INDIVIDUALLY EACH WEEK IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND BLOC THURSDAYS* Completing this form allows you to attend BLOC Thursdays at Canopy Club. In order to guarantee your entry you can pay your cover charge in advance ($10). Otherwise it will be first come first serve for those who are on the RSVP list at the door and cover is $15.
