Description
What's new in 2023? This is our second year at the beautiful Green Mountain College in Poutlney, VT. The College has EVERYTHING Muddy Chef attendees asked for in the past. For example: Indoor Bathrooms / Indoor Showers / Free Ice / Swimming in the crystal clear Poultney River / Strong WIFI / You can walk to groceries, shops, restaurants, etc. Don't like to cook breakfast? No problem. Chef Keenan Langolis of Chez Casa is back this year. Keenan is a former Muddy Chef Challenge champion and long time attendee. Make sure to select Meal Plan on the registration page. Keenan will have you covered for Breakfast, Lunch snacks, and evening and late night Street Food. Last year, his smashburgers were a huge success and much needed on Saturday night. Premium Riverside Camping and an extra day. Riverside camping was so amazing last year, many attendees asked for another day at the site. We decided to roll an extra night of camping, and an entry into the CHOPPED Contest. More activities! People wanted more diversity in our daily activities. This year we have a kids driving course, hard core off-roading on a legendary trail, a day at Saratoga Race Track, or spend an entire day visiting Vermont's amazing craft breweries. TONS AND TONS of activities.
