CHECK-IN LOCATION (Mandatory from 4pm - 7pm): ✅ Coglin's (206 Market St. Wilmington,NC) ✅ After you check-in, you can go visit any of our participating bars in Downtown Wilmington as you please. There are multiple ways to get around Downtown and from bar to bar. (Walk, Scooters, Bikes, Uber, Lyft) PARTICIPATING DOWNTOWN VENUES: 🍀 Coglin's (Mandatory Check-in from 4pm - 7pm) 🍀 The Husk 🍀 more bars to be announced shortly... ____ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 🔵 Can a friend check in for me? YES Send your friend your ticket confirmation. They will then be able to pick up your wristband. 🔵 Can I check in my entire group? YES If you ordered for a group, you or anyone in your group can check everyone in at once and pick up the wristbands. 🔵 Can I check in after Check-In closes? NO If you cannot make it to Check-in before it closes, please have one of your friends pick up your wristband early by forwarding your ticket. 🔵 Once checked in, can I join the Crawl late? YES After you picked up your wristbands, feel free to join the Crawl later. However, all wristband privileges (eg. free welcome shots, covers and drink specials) are not valid after the event has officially finished. 🔵 Can I get from A to B without my car? YES There are multiple ways to move between Downtown, South Tampa and Ybor or from Bar to Bar. Use Scooters, Bikes, Uber, Lyft, StreetCar or the classic: Walk ;) REFUND POLICY: - No Refunds will be issued for no-shows, missing the mandatory event check-in time, lost or misplaced wristbands, being denied entry into a venue for any reason or being denied welcome shots for any reason. Allowing access or giving out welcome shots is at the discretion of the bars and bartenders and depends on the individual circumstance. - While we always do our best to work with the bars to ensure the best service, we can’t always guarantee that everyone gets the same service from the first to the last participant. The level of service will however always meet our minimum requirements. - Depending on the situation, complimentary tickets to an upcoming event may be issued.
