Lois has her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Master's Degree in Business Administration. She specializes in relationship work, including working with teams, individual coaching, communication training, and assisting families through difficult decisions and conversations. Dr. Lang has an extensive history of serving successful family businesses in the Central Valley.
