Get ready to get #LYTFIT with LC!I am excited to host another BEGINNERS Xtreme Hip Hop with LC step class. Xtreme Hip Hop is a hip hop-based Step Aerobics group fitness class created by @xtremehiphopwithphil that creates both common and unique moves on a step aerobics platform to an exciting playlist!
Xtreme Hip Hop has truly changed my life and helped me have #fun while getting fit and I can't wait to share it with you!
This class will be catered to beginners as we will go over basic callouts. However, it is instructed in a format that can challenge all ages, genders, and levels! If you want to learn some of the moves prior to class, I invite you to watch this tutorial by the creator of Xtreme Hip Hop himself:
