Date: Monday, April 10, 2023 Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm Location: Sherburne County Government Center, Maple Room A & B ~ 13880 Business Ctr Dr NW, Elk River, MN 55330 Stress Management and Resiliency Training (SMART) will help participants enhance focus, improve relationships, and increase productivity by building resiliency. Trainers will provide education and engage participants in exercises to help build resilience. Training Objectives: 1. Participants develop a pragmatic understanding of the causes of stress, and deficits in thriving. 2. Participants learn skills to develop authentic, undistracted, and intentional presence through trained attention. 3. Participants will learn skills for reframing their thinking with a more adaptive and pragmatic perspective. Please join us! This training is intended for those living with mental health issues, providers, family members, and community members who work in or are residents of Benton, Sherburne, Stearns, or Wright County. A Certificate of Attendance will be provided for CEUs through the MN Board of Social Work
