Stamp Carving is one of the most accessible and approachable forms of printmaking that allows artists to produce multiple copies from their own hand-carved image. This workshop will cover how to transfer a drawing/image onto a linoleum block, different carving techniques, carving and printing setup, safety, materials, and printing process. Everything you need to know to print your own stamp prints! All materials will be provided, including a 4"x6" linoleum block. A variety of materials will be available to print on, including cards, patches, and small journals. Participants are welcome to bring a 4"x6" drawing or image to use as well as any flat surface they would like to print on!
