Time changes all things. Trends change, lifestyles change, and we, as people change… Our hair needs to evolve as well! This new offering, from ASP will showcase colors that fit all the generations you serve behind the chair. Four color attitudes covering all Generations, through the lens of the hottest colors of 2023. ***Mannequin Head included. Heather is based out of Rhode Island, is the ASP North America Director of Creative Education. Heather has been with ASP since 2013, traveling North America supporting our stylists and sharing her passion for “the art of why”. Her ultimate goal in education is to build confidence in stylists, help them be strong in business, and inspire them to discover their “why” when they work behind the chair. Heather has been identified as a Top Industry Influential Educator in Beauty Launchpad Magazine, The Colorist Magazine named her in their Top 30 Colorists Under 30, she has appeared in many publications, and provides content for multiple beauty, health, and wellness publications. Early on in Heather’s career, she was gifted an inspirational mentor, who shaped her entire mindset behind the chair. She thrives on being able to pay that forward, to mentor others, and to watch them grow. In addition to working behind the chair, she is a mama of two, works with a bridal styling business, and leads tailored training workshops geared to leadership, emotional intelligence, and presentation skills. Her life’s guilty pleasure is true crime—she consumes it in every form possible! Nancy is a Los Angeles native relocated in San Diego California where she opened Portal Salon, an eco-creative space in the heart of Hillcrest. Some important attributes for Nancy when working with a brand is to have eco/sustainable hair products and partnering with people who share the same interests.Nancy joined ASP in 2018, where her search for clean products with a full portfolio met all her needs.Nancy has been a haircutting specialist and Educator since 2005. She has worked with various haircare brands implementing educational programs and sharing her techniques all over the world. She continuously researches and designs by breaking down unique, free form hair cutting techniques. She focuses on making simple and understandable patterns for all level stylists. As part of the creative ASP Team in North America, you will experience and enjoy what Nancy has to offer as Creative Cutting Lead. When Nancy is not in front of a crowd or behind the chair, you will find her inspiring and training new industry associates to improve their skills after beauty school. Her goals and aspirations continue to grow professionally and in her personal life. She truly enjoys sharing her passions and thinks she makes people laugh by telling a good dad joke. You will hear her say “ You get it?” after she’s done with the joke.Pay attention and you will also catch her making random funny faces next time you see her!!
