In celebration of International Women’s Day, a variety of women-owned businesses at University Village in Seattle are joining forces to host fellow women-owned brands for a special one-day-only pop up experience. The event will take place on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 from 12-4 p.m. at participating stores and feature a unique line-up of beloved local brands including L’AVANT Collective, The Rookery, Noir Lux Candle Co., Arkëras, Maddy’s Bake Shop, Onyx + Petal, Little Barnacle, and more. During the event shoppers can pick-up a Pacific Northwest-inspired candle by Noir Lux Candle Co. at Oiselle, indulge in a limited-batch of miso chocolate chip cookies by Yoka Miso at Hello Robin, peruse the new collection of gowns by Arkëras in the Styled Seattle suite, shop eco-friendly cleaning products by L’AVANT Collective at Margaret O’Leary, and have the opportunity to meet featured brand founders as they pop-up on property. The event will conclude with a special happy hour at Jenni Kayne from 4-6 p.m. featuring all-natural wines from Molly’s Bottle Shop.
