Families with kids in our local school system are invited to join us at Skyline Middle School to enjoy a throwback and basketball season all in one. This month's event is at Skyline Middle School. We'll have classic game day food and snacks, a March Madness bracket for those who want to join, music and hoops for the kids. This month's event will feature : sausages with pepper and onions, pulled pork bbq sliders, chili, nachos and cheese prepared by the wonderful Chef Devin and the students of the Blue Ridge Technical Center's Culinary Arts program. We'll also have popcorn and cotton candy as a special treat. This month's event will feature a presentation from the Skyline Basketball Team and Laurel Ridge Workforce Development about community news and resources available to the families in our community. The event is free for all those with children in our school system but donations will be accepted at the door. We suggest $5 per family. Every little bit helps us continue putting together programs like this 💙
