This 60 minute vinyasa flow inspired practice will be held in Trillium's Canton Taproom and beer will be served immediately after class. Ticket includes 1 beer. Taught by the head of Taproom Yoga, a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) with over 500 in-person teaching hours, this class is all levels. Bring your mat, H2O and a post practice snack. 21+
