SOulFully Textured, A Natural Hair Festival is an experience in and celebration of textured natural hair and embracing your full self. The festival is a family friendly, annual event on Martha's Vineyard designed to be fun, impactful and empowering. Festival-goers enjoy an interactive day featuring natural hair tips, cultural discussions, product demonstrations, an array of specially curated vendors for attendees to shop, giveaways and more. SOulFully Textured, A Natural Hair Festival also serves as a vehicle to eradicating the discrimination and stigma associated with afro-textured natural hair and offers a space for natural hair enthusiasts to share their stories, experience a sense of belonging, feel seen, make connections and celebrate their hair autonomy with a like-minded community. NAME AND LIKENESS RELEASE: By using the ticket(s) and attending this event by The Curated Curl, LLC, ticketholder, on behalf of ticketholder and any person accompanying ticketholder, including minor(s), grants The Curated Curl, LLC its licensees, successors and assigns permission to: (a) make any type of photograph or recording of ticketholder (including his/her image, name, voice. likeness, actions and/or statements in any image, or footage, which may be recorded at the event) (the “Recordings”); (b) use the Recordings, or portions thereof, with or without ticketholder’s name, for any purpose including in connection with any of The Curated Curl, LLC’s projects/events, or other projects (collectively, the “Projects”) and to advertise and promote the Projects, The Curated Curl, LLC its owners and sponsors; (c) exhibit, distribute, publish, make reproductions of, market, advertise, promote, license and/or sell the Recordings and the Projects, in whole or in part, and authorize others to do so, in all forms of media now or subsequently known or developed, throughout the world in perpetuity, without further authorization from, or compensation to, ticketholder or anyone acting on ticketholder’s behalf. Ticketholder hereby releases The Curated Curl, LLC and its designees from any claims that ticketholder has or may have relating to the Recordings and the Projects. In addition, ticketholder waive and release The Curated Curl, LLC and assumes all risk, liability and danger resulting from attendance at The Curated Curl’s event(s) or any related activity and waive, release and covenant not to sue The Curated Curl, its owners, employees, vendors, sponsors or representatives from and for any and all liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from any cause whatsoever. This includes but is not limited to any damage, theft or loss of property or earnings, as well as any death or injury or damage to any person within the premises of The Curated Curl’s events or any related activity.
