With more than three dozen instructors leading 130 classes each week, New York Yoga and New York Hot has it all! The classic-vinyasa-yoga and hot-flow-yoga classes are split between two separate studios, ensuring its throngs of beginner and advanced students have enough room to really stretch out and grow. The separation also allows the 85th and Lexington location to keep itself programmed to 105 degrees at all times, helping students boost their stamina and challenge their practice. The York and 86th street studio offers a comfortable "regular temperature" room and more options for beginners; including basics, gentle, yin, and restorative classes that forgo strenuous physical exertion in favor of a slow, calming practice.
