Join Erica for Sunday Flow at Gizmo Brew Works Raleigh location. We start at 11am and practice in the beer garden or, if it's cold/wet, inside the production brewery. This 60-minute yoga class welcomes all experience levels and includes a drink ticket! Stick around after class to enjoy a Gizmo draft or non-alcoholic beverage and kick back with the crew. Bring a yoga mat and any props you like to use. Beginners welcome! Bring your friends and let's have a Sunday Funday adventure :)
