Attendees will hear from two of the key team players in a real estate transaction, a licensed real estate agent and mortgage loan officer. Topics of discussion will range from loan requirements such as credit score, DTI, documents needed to apply, types of financing options, what out of pocket costs to expect, timeline needed for applying for a loan and finding a home, and everything else you will need to know to successfully get your keys! This will be an intimate workshop with a small group to allow for questions and conversations from the attendees. Participation is welcomed and encouraged! Course materials will be provided, prizes will be given out, refreshments will be served, and one on one consultations will be available for those looking to get started!
