The "Dream It Be It Program" is a career development program that showcases various career opportunities to young women and girls. The event will have women from different professional backgrounds speaking about their career choices in a group format and different options for young girls ages 14-18 years old in the professional world. The young girls will have an opportunity to discuss any barriers that may be in their way for their future career goals with the designated speakers.
