Leading when you feel like you’re constantly dealing with dumpster fires can be draining. This fast-paced session is designed to equip you with strategies to address all types of leadership challenges . The afternoon session will provide professional development opportunities that address these obstacles while implementing healing-centered applications using real world examples. This training is intended for current and well as potential leaders. Please join us for a day of training that will provide the following outcomes. Speakers: Nicole Lance Nicole is a certified life coach who helps people find the courage to take the actions needed to achieve the life they always wanted. She is a certified through the International Coaching Federation and the Martha Beck Institute Wayfinder Life Coach training program. She is a workshop facilitator for national and international audiences and loves delivering high-value content and providing transformative messages. Prior to becoming a life coach, Nicole applied her skills in several high level city government positions. Robin Afinowich Robin specializes in somatic interventions to trauma resolution. She is the Trauma & Resilience Trainer and Trauma Healing Specialist for CARE 7 Crisis Response and Victim Services for the City of Tempe. She is a nationally recognized presenter on Trauma-Informed and Healing-centered care. Robin is a general instructor for PD and teaches best investigative practices, mental health/psychology, and professional resilience. Robin has also created a progressive, evidence based Trauma Healing Program for the Family Advocacy Center and Victim Services that incorporates alternative healing modalities such as trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, eco therapy, nutrition, art, music, cultural heritage projects, and peer support programs.
