This costume contest is for Children ages 4-12. Other ages should register for the teen or adult contests. Madame Malkin's Robes For All Occasions has announced a Wizarding World costume contest!! Put together your best costume for a chance to win a handcrafted wand from the famed wand maker Alivan's. Some ideas are listed below: - A student from Hogwarts or another Wizarding school like Beauxbatons, Durmstrang or Ilvermorny. Some students are more famous than others - here's your chance to bring all the characters to life - A magical creature like an owl, a phoenix or a merperson - A Member of the Order of the Phoenix, a Professor or (gasp) a Death Eater - Try dressing as a house ghost, Platform 9 3/4 or even the Knight Bus - NO MUGGLE COSTUMES PLEASE!!!!! (not even a mischievous Weasley dressed like a Muggle from the village) The contest will be judged by staff from Madama Malkin's. Costumes do not need to cost a lot of Galleons to make - just lots of imagination (and maybe a bit of magic).
