CARPE LIBRUM BOOK SALE to benefit nonprofit, Turning the Page. Come shop over 8,000 lightly used books, CDs, DVDs, and vinyl - all $6 and under! They'll have something for everyone, including a kid's section. Carpe Librum will be set up outside of the Van Ness Main Street office at 4340 Connecticut Avenue in Van Ness from 10 AM - 5 PM. Proceeds benefit Turning the Page. 2023 Saturday Schedule (10 AM - 5 PM) March 4thApril 15May 20June 24July 15August 19September 16October 21November 18RSVP for your interested date(s) to receive an email reminder 2 days before the event. Events are partially protected in case of light rain but will be cancled in the event of sustained heavy downpours. Interested donors should send an e-mail to [email protected]. They'll arrange to pick up donations curbside or in an apartment lobby.
