Amplified by the pandemic our kids and youth strugles with Mental Health has become one of the major health challenges for them. In this 2 hours of free FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY we will take the kids through 5 stattions, designed by a professional children's counselor. Each station exposes the kids to key lesson in five different areas of mental & physical health and helps to educate them on how to make better choices that impact will impact their mental and physical well-being in a postiive way. Kids and adults will learn that positive mental and physicial health is driven by choices we make and learn how to alway look for the positive options around them as they make their choses every day in the five key areas in our lives.
