Sunrise Beach Yoga Saturday!!! This community was created to bring together a group of like minded individuals who love yoga, the beach, and the sunrise. Saturday classes will be led by Pedro and/or Sumer Luna or other community leaders! No prior yoga experience required, and all levels welcome! We look forward to guiding and practicing with you! Sunrise Beach Yoga is held on Delray Beach directly across from the Opal Grand Resort at 10 N Ocean Blvd, Delray Beach, FL 33444! Class Details: Class is 60 minutes long. Class will be all levels hatha style. What To Expect: A beautiful unique yoga experience as the sun rises with a nice community of people. What To Bring: A yoga mat or large sheet/blanket. The best set up is to place a large sheet or tapestry on the sand and place your mat on top of it. This allows for a much larger range of practice space without sand getting on your mat. All Ages. All Levels. WELCOME. Parking is free on A1A or the Opal Grand Side Parking Lot until 8am.
