Who this In Person Event is for: Ages 4-12. Siblings of participants outside this age range are welcome, but may find the event to be less meaningful and fulfilling. Adult caregivers are required to accompany child participants. What we'll be doing: Join Seeds of Caring & Home for Families Foundation for this meaningful event as we discuss gratitude and basic needs! Every family wants to celebrate their child’s special day, but some families in our community are working hard to meet their basic needs and do not have the resources to also provide “extras” for their family, such as birthday celebrations. At this event, we will be decorating and assembling birthday bags filled with cake mix, icing, decorations, and more so that families utilizing Home for Families food pantry are able to celebrate special days with their families. COVID-19 Protocol for In Person Events: Please review our COVID-19 Protocol for In Person Programming before registering for this event. Specific Instructions: All supplies will be provided. Why you'll be asked to pay a supply fee and donate: On the next page you'll be asked to pay a fee to offset supply costs for this event. These fees are non-refundable. If you have to cancel your registration later, please know that your fee will go toward our efforts to create more meaningful service-focused programs for kids. Every time we're able to design, coordinate, and offer an opportunity for kids to give back, it's with the help of supporters like you. Please consider making a generous gift to help us continue to empower kids to create a kinder community with their hearts, hands, and minds. We never want supply fees to prevent someone from participating in a Seeds of Caring project.
