Gross, Esq. CLC has built a successful career as a senior executive and attorney at Fortune 500 companies. She is currently a Senior Executive at Medtronic, the world leader in medical technology. She is VP Global Chief Counsel of Global Operations and Supply Chain and the Global Co-Chair of its African Descent Network. Previously to this role, she was a vice president, division counsel, and head of law for a global life sciences conglomerate. Between these two roles, Shirell took a two-year hiatus from the law, became a certified life coach, and started Measure of Ambition LLC d/b/a ShirellSpeaks, where she conducts workshops, life coaching, and empowerment events. She is passionate about helping women find their place in the world, defeating self-limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging habits, and fear. She is also committed to bringing along the next generation of diverse business leaders and providing young people with opportunities, access, and exposure.
