The use of proxies and conversions is permitted however, so long as the following requirements are met: - Non-GW miniatures may be used. - All proxies and conversions must be similar in size and aesthetics to the actual model produced by Games Workshop or Forge World. - All proxies and conversions must be of the same race, height, scale (25mm or 28mm), and base size as the model they represent. - You do not have to abide by WYSIWYG (“what you see is what you get”). However, make sure the wargear your model is equipped with is absolutely clear to your opponent. - Warrior models can be proxied or converted, but make sure your opponent is absolutely clear on what they represent and this must be consistent for all models of the same unit type. - Proxied models must be equipped with the exact wargear of the real model unless approved by the Tournament Organizers. Note we expect players to make a good-faith effort when utilizing proxies and conversions. The Tournament Organizers are the final arbiters in whether or not a model is acceptable. Players are highly encouraged to bring any terrain tables that they have to assist with variety of tables that are available to play on.
