Babies in Baytown (BIB) is an early childhood collaborative made up of community organizations and families of Baytown who are working to develop community solutions that better support the mental health of very young children and their families. BIB is working to gather infomtion from families and professinals related to early care and educaiton programs to include in our community assessment. This community assessment report will help provide informtion to programs, electde officials, etc. about the needs of children and their parents/caregivers.
