This event includes one 45-minute Yoga mat class provided by Victoria Mahe on the Prestonwood park in front of Glow Sauna Studios AND one 45-minute Infrared Sauna Session at Glow Sauna Studios Prestonwood Place Location. There will be a 15 minute transition time in between the yoga and infrared sauna session.
