Our evening of discussion will be centered around the design of adaptive reuse of buildings. Adaptively reusing existing buildings can be a great way to act sustainably but the design process can be challenging. Can we respect these older buildings properly when changing their use? Is there a point where reuse goes too far and we’re left with something that loses relevance over time? We will explore these questions and more in our next Architecture Matters.
