Description

This in-person training is the first step to becoming a designated Wellness Champion. As a Wellness Champion, your child care will receive preferred referrals through the R&R childcare referral line. You may also be eligible to receive program supplies and other learning materials. Participants will learn about creating healthy meals, keeping your kids active, and teaching healthy habits. After attending the training, participants will work with a health educator to create individualized goals and will receive personalized support to meet those goals.
