This is a 'baby bootcamp' class, we will cover all the basic's, learn comfort measures, and what to expect in one 6-7 hour class. With the purchase of this class you will receive a physical copy of the Knit Together Childbirth booklet to review as you wish. Each ticket is for you and one support person, (husband, or partner). Any additional people will need to purchase their own ticket. In this class, we will cover what to expect during labor and birth. You will learn comfort and coping techniques that will assist you and your partner to be confident and calm as you welcome your new little one into your family. We will have a break for lunch and then return for the final 2.5 hours of class
