Description
This is an informative event to learn about cannabis and its healing mental health benefits. Project Human X and Shoshana Church are coming together for a collaborative mental health & creativity workshop surrounding the benefits of cannabis. Our mission is to facilitate a safe and nurturing space for the exploration of self-love and creativity, and to learn how cannabis can be used as a catalyst to heal. The workshop is a non-judgemental space to have people feel safe, welcomed, and supported. Our goal is to have everyone leave feeling empowered, inspired, and grateful. We hope the resources and experiences had in the workshop will be practiced beyond the extent of the workshop. Cree is going to teach soothing art techinques throughout the workshop. At the end you can put the techniques you enjoy together onto a canvas to create an abstract / expressionist work of art. We are not going to teach a specific painting step by step. This is for you to explore and use the medley of tools and mediums in front of you! Alchol inks, water colors, feathers, beads, modeling paste, etc will be up for grabs to create art.
