Boats and Bluegrass is a family friendly festival held on the Mississippi River in Winona, Minnesota.  We pride ourselves in providing a fun, safe, and friendly festival environment.  If you are looking for a laid-back festival with none of the large-fest hassles, this is your place. Full-weekend ticket purchase includes access to festival grounds, camping, and free boat rentals all weekend. Kids 16 and under free with paying adult. Rain or shine. Sorry no refunds. For the safety of your pet and other festival attendees, pets are not allowed. Qualified service animals are allowed.
