Join us and gather with other mamas on their journey through motherhood. Receive support from other Moms and connect with a like minded community. Come hang out and ask questions, give advice, jsut listen and maybe even feel some relief in knowing parenting is hard and it’s human to struggle. We will do breathwork to cultivate calm and safety in the body. This breathwork technique has been transformational for me in multiple aspects of my life. It is a pillar for me in my conscious parenting journey. It’s easy. It’s simple. It’s doable in the heat of the moment which is why I love to share it with others! Children are welcome in circle.
