We welcome all attorneys, mediators, arbitrators, and other alternative dispute resolution practitioners to join the Mediation Council of Western Pennsylvania in a presentation on mediator confidentiality. Our presenter, Bernie Behrend has been mediating disputes for over 40 years, is trained in all models of mediation, and trains mediators in basic and advanced skill building. He is the President of the Mediation Council of Western PA and a popular lecturer and trainer in conflict resolution skills. It is only fitting that Bernie will present the first roundtable discussion of the year on mediator confidentiality.
