This interactive workshop will enable you to improve your self-esteem and become the most confident woman you are destined to be. Through exploration of lifetime events that influence our confidence and understanding the price we pay for our low confidence and limiting beliefs, each attendee will feel supported in establishing their own gameplan for improved confidence and self-esteem. Learning outcomes: 1. Understand the importance of having a positive self-image. 2. Identify the underlying cause of our confidence issues. 3. Identify qualities and abilities that make them special. 4. Improve life experience and live up to their full potential. 5.
