Salad to start: Harissa roasted Cauliflower salad with caramelized honey vinaigrette, almonds, dates on a bed of arugula Entrée: Choice of Petrale Sole , Chicken, or Hallaomi; with Shallots, Capers, Lemon, and Dill served with herbed roasted potatoes Dessert: Fennel Panna Cotta with Candied Orange, and Pistachios 5 to 7 wine pairings from guest wine maker, European Cellars.
