The Building Strong and Ready Teams focus is for the overall family as the 437th moves into the deployment phase of our long range planning. Soldiers and spouses are invited to attend a 4 hr seminar that will feature breakout sessions, engaging presentations, a guest keynote speaker and free food!!! Our materials, which are also free, will be drawn from the 7 habits of Highly Effective Families by Franklin Covey.
