Approaching St. Patrick's Day, let's do a yoga session with Lindsay. Then, reward ourselves with a delicious glass of house made sangria, Short's Local's Light Lager, Leelanau Winter White, Frontera Red Blend, NOCA Boozy Water, or non-alcoholic beverage along with delicious snacks. Doors open at 9:45am, class starts at 10am. The yoga class will focus on easy beginner flow, all yoga levels welcome! Hang out after class to enjoy your beverage and chat with fellow yogis. Class + beverage + treats = $20 Please pre-register as mat spots are limited. Please bring your mat, towel/blanket and water. The class will be OUTSIDE, weather permitting. She enjoys inspiring others to improve wellness and commit to long term health and fitness goals. She is energetic and outgoing with a collaborate spirit! Who wouldn't want to do yoga and add a beer to it! The key when it comes to beer yoga is finding balance - pun intended. Beer in moderation + yoga poses = the perfect combination!
