Thursday, March 9, 6:00 PM at the AMC Palisades 21. Following the movie will be a Q&A and discussion of the movie and about the services provided to people with disabilities by our Rockland nonprofits: BRIDGES, The Arc of Rockland, Jawonio, and Venture Together. Tickets are $10 and include one free small popcorn. Proceeds will benefit all four organizations. Starring Woody Harrelson, with Ernie Hudson and Cheech Marin, the film focuses on a former minor-league basketball coach who is ordered by the court to manage a team of players with intellectual disabilities. He soon realizes that despite his doubts, together, this team can go further than they ever imagined. We are grateful to the AMC Palisades 21 Theatre for their generous donation for this event.
