Celebrate Black History Month with YGP!This February is not just about celebrating Black History, we're bringing history to life at the Expo Bowling Center in Indianapolis, IN. Join Youth Global Perspectives(YGP) for our 3rd annual Bowling Fundraiser an evening of bowling dressed as your favorite role model from Black History. I'm sure we'll see some Marcus Garvey, Harriet Tubman, and a few Dr. Kings (shameless plug for our sponsorships), but feel free to get creative with some Henry Box and a little Sojourner Truth. Regardless of the role model, let's come together and help make an impact our underprivileged by providing our youth with experiences around the world. YGP exposed nearly 300 underprivileged youth from Indianapolis and South Bend to global experiences since 2016. These live historical lessons and fun life-changing activities included: National trips to Washington, DC, Virginia, New York, Georgia, New Orleans, and Tulsa, Oklahoma and many more locations. International trips to Cuba, Mexico, and Spain This fundraiser will help us send our scholars to study abroad in Ghana this summer. It will also give youth throughout Indianapolis an opportunity to bowl for free in a safe environment. All tickets include two hours of bowling and bowling shoes.
