Train-The-Trainer for Ground Search and Rescue Operations (GSAR) courseInstructors must achieve: • Successfully complete ISARC GSAR Ops course twice• Successfully complete ISARC GSAR train the trainer• Member in good standing of an ISARC organizational member agency• Receive approval by the organizational member point of contact• Recommended by ISARC BNAV Lead Instructor• Approval by the ISARC Board of Directors Instructors must maintain:• Instruct a component of the lecture every two (2) years minimum• Attend Annual Instructor/FTO Webinar• Successfully complete GSAR instructor updates as determined• Submit Continuing Education documentation every 3 years to maintain certification or take full 16-hour GSAR course
