The spring equinox encourages rebirth and renewal, an opportunity to plant seeds, an opportunity for new beginnings. A sound bath is an immersive experience of meditative tones and vibrations with crystal singing bowls. Vibrational sound reduces stress, promotes restful sleep, and relaxes tension in the body. This class will bring you renewal. Please register in advance for this class. After class, stay for a cup of tea and shop the new spring merchandise in the Zen Boutique.
