About Shane: Shane Diamond is a human rights advocate, media and communications expert, and proud transgender man. Shane leads honest conversations that challenge biases and expand our collective capacity for change by working with the power of empathy to build human connection. A life-long athlete, Shane played four years of varsity women's ice hockey at Bowdoin College before beginning his gender transition.
