Join diversity, equity and inclusion consultant and former collegiate athlete, Shane Diamond, for a discussion and open Q&A about transgender inclusion in sport, an introduction to patchwork LGBTQ+ nondiscrimination protections in the United States, and what it looks like to create and foster a culture of inclusion on campus.

About Shane:
Shane Diamond is a human rights advocate, media and communications expert, and proud transgender man. Shane leads honest conversations that challenge biases and expand our collective capacity for change by working with the power of empathy to build human connection. A life-long athlete, Shane played four years of varsity women's ice hockey at Bowdoin College before beginning his gender transition. Most recently, he shared his own story of survival through sports with the Condé Nast LGBTQ vertical them.
